Cross-Border Capital Raise: Member Firms collaborated with lead-manager, Aristea, to privately place partnership interests in a Franco-European, aerospace-related, private equity/venture capital fund. The fund was successfully closed, principally with French and Canadian (Province of Quebec) institutional investors raising €36 million.
Cross-Border Capital Raise: Bryant Park Capital and Rushton Partners collaborated to advise a U.K. based financial services company, resulting in a successful €25 million raise by institutional investors.
Cross-Border Buy-side M&A Advisory: Rushton Partners joined with Spanish affiliate, Alta Partners, to advise the largest distributor and installer of air-conditioning equipment in Spain on its acquisition of two similar companies in the U.K.
Cross-Border Buy-side M&A Advisory: Bryant Park Capital and Alta Partners combined to advise and represent one of the largest private equity groups in the world in the auction of a major private food company in Spain valued at €900 million.
