Capital Raising Services: We will work with you to determine your capital needs and appropriate capital structure, identify and approach potential funding sources - leveraging the Concilio Network contacts - coordinate due diligence, negotiate and ensure a successful closing. Our capabilities include senior debt, junior debt, convertible debt, bridge loans, acquisition debt, project financing, private placements and PIPEs (Private Investment in Public Equities).
